Welcome to the second edition of the ProBIO newsletter.
As our project has entered its second year of activity, a lot is going on behind the scenes and our team is busy working alongside bioeconomy projects to facilitate their market uptake.
We are also actively supporting a number of initiatives for further R&I and ProBIO will organise “Exploitation strategies for Bioeconomy Research proposals” (Brussels, 7 June 2016). This event will provide researchers with the opportunity to focus on the exploitation element of their project proposal by practising setting it up.
Moreover, it will be an occasion for consortium building and will give an overview of funding opportunities available. Click here for more information.
Last but not least, we have launched the “ProBIO stories”, a series of journalistic articles dedicated to research projects which are making a good use of their results to improve several aspects of our life. Are you interested in food allergies in babies, resilient seeds and the effectiveness of DNA diets? Click here to know more and enjoy the reading!
